The directors and staff of Derisk congratulate the board and management team of Southern Alliance Mining Ltd (SAM) for its successful listing on Singapore Exchange Catalist on Friday 26 June, 2020. Derisk staff have worked with the management team of SAM since 2013 providing technical support. In 2019 we were engaged to prepare the independent qualified persons’ report (in accordance with the JORC Code) and the independent valuation report (in accordance with the VALMIN Code) as part of the technical documentation required for the IPO.
