The directors, staff, and associates of Derisk Geomining Consultants congratulate the board and management team of Duke Exploration Limited (DEX), to be renamed True North Copper Limited (TNC) on the release of its prospectus to raise $35 to $40 million on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) yesterday. Derisk was pleased and proud to have been engaged by DEX to prepare the Independent Geologist Report included in the prospectus.

The company has an extensive tenement portfolio in Qld focused on copper and copper-gold-cobalt properties and plans to restart operations at the Great Australia processing plant as soon as practicable.
