Mark Berry, Derisk Director, recently presented the latest series of JORC Code webinars for the Australian institute of Geoscientists (AIG). The four webinars, held between 10 to 19 March, covered the key elements for understanding the requirements for public reporting of Exploration Results and Exploration Targets, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
This series of four workshops is targeted to all users of public reports that are prepared in compliance with the JORC Code, ranging from exploration and mining geoscientists, company directors, investors, and legal and finance industry professionals. The course format is interactive and encourages participants to discuss topics of interest throughout the sessions.
The AIG plans to hold the next series of JORC Code webinars in July/August 2021. Details of future courses can be found on the AIG website.
