Derisk was a Silver Sponsor at this year’s Brisbane Minerals Industry Christmas party organised by the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. The function was held on Friday 3 December and attracted around 100 guests who enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate the end of a very busy and hectic year.
Whilst changing travel and venue restrictions have made planning of AIG events difficult this year, the Queensland branch has continued to provide high-quality technical talks, social networking opportunities and local leadership to the AIG national mentoring program. Derisk congratulates the Queensland branch committee, particularly chair Peter Caristo for his leadership and commitment.
